PTC/USER Benelux Event 2018 - User Experience Design Lab

Test drive PTC new technologies and help shape the future design of PTC products and solutions.

A Great User Experience = Smart Business

Do you have 45 minutes while attending the PTC/USER Benelux 2018? We’d like to share a unique opportunity for event participants to directly contribute to and influence the design of future PTC products. As part of the PTC/USER event, the PTC Product Design Team is hosting the User Experience (UX) Lab, where we evaluate the user experience of our product designs by soliciting feedback from experts like you.

How do I participate?

Beat the rush. The one-on-one, UX lead research sessions fill up fast! Pre-register online prior to the event below (Note: also register for the event itself). Session participation is based on your product interests, job role and experiences. You can also register during the event by visiting the UX Lab kiosk on the exhibit floor or the Design Room at Hotel Eindhoven near session rooms.

What can I expect?

Each session typically involves a short interview to learn about you, your occupation and experiences. Session may include usability testing of product design ideas to interviews to learn more about you and your role. We look for people with all different experience levels and skills - from power-users to infrequent users to novices. All are welcome!

What’s in it for me?

Software should support people getting their jobs done – not be an obstacle to it. Providing feedback on our product designs early in the product development cycle supports our design and development teams building products that best support your needs in getting jobs done more quickly and efficiently.

Building partnerships

We value your time and perspective in supporting our research efforts. Come talk with us and as a thank you, we’ll give you one of the coolest t-shirts you’ll find at the conference.

These are the sessions you can choose from:
